1. I can not find the box style I need, so what need I do ?
All the product in the images are just for you referrence. We are a custom made printed packaging manufacture. We will make the boxes based on your custom design. You can either send us a sample for referrence or give us the artwork of the packaging you need.
2. How to place an order?
Email us or contact our team by whatsapp,skype…etc, we will guide you one step by step, or check our order procedure page to learn more.
3. Could you create the design artwork for us?
Usually we supply our clients the free dieline templates for them to put their artwork on. As for the artwork design, our main business now is for the printing and packaging solution.You are recommended to have your own designer to create the artwork for you. Of course, you can have our designers to create the artwork too.
4. How soon can you finish the mass production?
The sample box making usually takes 2-3 work days. Once the mass production is confirmed, we will finish the mass production within 14 work days even if your order quantity is more than 10,000pcs. Sometimes it may need 19 work days if there is too much hand work involved.
5. Is your price competitive?
We are a high quality custom paper packaging box and bag supplier in east China, located in Shenzhen. We have the very strict quality control to remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also we only use the high quality paper materials for the printing. Our price quote is usually 5-10% higher than most suppliers. We don’t supply the cheap boxes.
6. How could you assure the quality of the printing and the box?
The sample box is the key. First, our sales men confirm every details with you. Then we will make a sample box for your confirmation to check the size, color printing, the paper material and so on. Next, after your sample confirmation, we start the mass production. At last, you can have your agent here to inspect the goods after the mass production is done.
7. How can I pay?
T/T payment is preferred, because it is fast and convenient. After the sample box is confirmed, you will put a 30-50% deposit. When all the goods are finished, you finish the balance payment. As for the small payment for the sample making fees, you can send the payment to our paypal account since the transaction fees of the paypal is very low.
8. Where is your nearest port?
Shenzhen and Guangzhou are our nearest port.
9. How much will you charge for the sample making?
Due to the high setup cost of the printing press and die-cut, we usually charge you 30-50USD as the sample making fee based on the actual box size, printing and finish. And this payment will be used as part of the mass production fees once the order is confirmed and your order quantity reaches 20,000pcs or above.
10. What is your minimum order quantity for the paper box?
For the regular export and import business, we need pay at least 200USD to the shipping forwarder due to the cutom related cost. Also you need afford sea shipment cost, the taxes and custom clearance fees at your own custom. When your order quantity is small, the unit price will be quite high. Therefore, it is recommended that you order the boxes and bags at your local factory when your order quantity is very small. Only when your order quantity is big enough, you can save some money by importing from us. Usually our minimum order quantity for the corrugated box is 3000pcs per order. And 1000pcs for the rigid paper boxes. As for the small folding paper boxes, the volume is quite small. And we can ship them via the FEDEX, DHL, TNT or UPS. Then our minimum order quantity is 1000pcs.
